May 2026 NICE Guideline Update
Six NICE refreshes. Already patched.
Between February and April 2026, NICE re-reviewed six guidelines covering some of the most heavily examined topics on PLAB 1 and the UKMLA AKT — type 2 diabetes, suspected cancer referral, and menopause. These aren’t wording tweaks. They move the first-line drug, the referral threshold, and the escalation step.
Our medical team has already updated every affected MCQ explanation, expert note and personalised revision note across the platform — in lockstep with each NICE update going live. You can keep revising as normal.

“I had just 3 months. I started MedRevisions in Essential Mode and filtered the questions to about 1,800. I was able to pass with this strategy. If I had more time, I could have scored even higher.”
“With the help of this Qbank, I did not need to refer to any external books. The library is good enough and covers everything you need to know.”
